During busy periods, our cut-off and delivery times may vary.

Please make sure you are happy with the following stock status prior to purchase:

‘In stock’ – either in stock with us or with the manufacturer which we get on a next day service. These items will be shipped the same day or next working day. If there is a delay we will notify you.

‘Available on backorder’ –  out of stock with us and the manufacturer. The manufacturer has stock on order and we can provide expected delivery dates.

‘Special order’ – out of stock with us and the manufacturer. The manufacturer does not have stock on order, and a special order will need to be placed.

If an order is processed and the expected delivery date isn’t acceptable, a refund or alternative product will be offered.
