SmartPTT is an integrated voice and data dispatch software application for two way radio systems.
SmartPTT Enterprise implements complex dispatching control over MOTOTRBO networks. It is the ideal solution for networks based on MOTOTRBO repeaters and SmartPTT Enterprise offers a wide range of features.
SmartPTT Enterprise can connect directly to MOTOTRBO repeaters through IP protocol and supports data operations through MOTOTRBO Network Application Interface (NAI). The software can also be run through MOTOTRBO base stations, instead of repeaters, although there is a slightly reduced feature set.
All data and voice activities are logged, as well as which repeater and subscriber was used. Therefore it is possible to know the approximate location of the radio without the GPS receiver. It also provides the Routing Service for the MOTOTRBO™ IP Site Connect system, which allows the joining of multiple IP Site Connect systems into a single radio network based on pre-defined routes or dynamic routing of the private calls between networks.
Supported Systems:
SmartPTT Monitoring is a tool for in-depth analysis and control over connected MOTOTRBO infrastructure. The Application monitors the performance of the dispatcher system, providing the following information:
SmartPTT Monitoring can be supplied in 2 variants:
Supported System Types:
SmartPTT PLUS is a dispatch software solution that provides integrated full-featured dispatch control over multisite and multichannel MOTROBO systems. This is a Motorola Solutions Sold and Supported Solution.
The core SmartPTT PLUS software comes with functionalities including voice dispatch, event logging and job ticketing with optional modular features to enhance and personalise the system for the clients operational needs.
SmartPTT supports both digital functions of the MOTOTRBO radios and radio systems using analogue frequencies and can be used for the migration of systems.
SmartPTT Dispatcher Console is the software application installed on a Windows-based PC, which can be located at any distance from the controlled radio networks. The Dispatcher Console connects to the SmartPTT Radioserver(s) via IP to perform dispatching functions. The SmartPTT PLUS Radioserver communicates to radio subscribers via an IP wireline connection using the Network Application Interface (NAI Voice and NAI Data).
