Contact Radio offer bespoke packages dependant upon your specific needs. Our account managers are experienced in managing systems for both short term hires requiring two radios for a day, up to an international sporting event requiring over 1000 radios for a 6 week duration; and long term hires requiring a single site system up to a multi site system with a list of additional features such as man down and fire alarm integration.
An initial discussion will provide us with the necessary information to put together a proposal. This can then be discussed in greater detail, showcasing the chosen products and their features, detailing any accessories that may be required such as earpieces/headsets, carry cases etc, talking you through the support we offer, and going through the costings to see if hire is the best option for you.
We are able to carry out demonstrations, send equipment for you to carry out range tests on site, and supply equipment for a free trial period to ensure the system is suitable and fit for purpose.
We can assist you with finding the best solution within your budget to provide seamless communication and give you the best value long term.
Through hiring, you will receive the latest and most suitable products without the capital outlay. We can advise and upgrade on new technologies throughout your contract period.
Peace of mind knowing that if a unit goes faulty, our next working day replacement service won’t leave you short of equipment on site.

At Contact Radio we pride ourselves on delivering the perfect bespoke two-way radio package to suit your needs.
Contact Radio are constantly investing in the latest two way radio products to ensure our hire fleet continues to be market leading in quality and range of products available. We ensure that all products are fully tested prior to shipping so that when you open the box the radio equipment is ready to use – this includes us fully charging the batteries and numbering/naming the radios to suit.
Attention to detail is key, we will take note of any specific requirements, and offer ideas on how the process may run smoother for our clients. This may be as simple as offering additional charging units so that radios can be charged at multiple points on site, or boxing the equipment up into departments so upon arrival a box can be handed out rather than having to sort out who is having what.
If equipment hired develops a fault, your account manager will quickly provide a replacement, and arrange delivery and collection via next day service. Electrical faults and battery replacements are covered, and an advanced replacement is offered.
A report will outline faults and costs, with liquid damage and misuse excluded. Faults reported before 2pm will aim for same-day shipping with all carriage costs covered.
Every hire contract comes with a dedicated account manager for assistance with queries, coverage area, and invoices. A site trial or equipment loan can be arranged. Out-of-hours email and on-request phone support is available. On-site engineers can provide assistance and spare stock during events. We also make regular licence requests for foreign events to ensure compliance.
